Michael Crist is a partner with 28 years' experience handling product liability, toxic tort, and insurance defense cases. He has been a member of trial teams in California, Florida, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and has taken multiple cases to verdict. He has served as National Counsel for manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. While in Georgia, he served as in-house trial counsel for a major insurance carrier. Since moving to Florida, he has been integral in the preparation, management and/or trial of numerous cases nationwide.

In addition, Mr. Crist has successfully handled cases for Fortune 500 companies that manufactured and sold automobiles, forklifts, pharmaceuticals, and other products. He has also represented manufacturers and distributors of products that contained asbestos, formaldehyde, benzene, silica or refractory ceramic fibers. In such cases, his understanding of the relevant medical and scientific specialties, careful selection and retention of experts from multiple disciplines, and strategic use of discovery and investigators have produced positive, cost effective results. He has presented seminars on asbestos and formaldehyde litigation, premises liability, cross-examination techniques, and multiple insurance defense topics.
