Sonia Mardarewich


Sonia A. Mardarewich earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law with a pro bono honors and family law certificate. While in law school, she was a member of the Dean’s List and received the Book Award for academic achievement in advanced legal writing. As a law student, Ms. Mardarewich wrote a scholarly article titled, “Certainty in a World of Uncertainty: Proposing Statutory Guidance in Sentencing Juveniles to Life without Parole,” which was published in the spring 2014 issue of The Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University, where she was a member of the Pre-Law Society and the Dean’s List. Prior to joining DeMahy Labrador Drake Victor Rojas Cabeza, Ms. Mardarewich worked with a regional firm where she handled an insurance defense caseload focused on premises liability, rear-end collisions, wrongful death, and construction. Ms. Mardarewich focuses her practice on premises liability, wrongful death, and trucking cases.
