Donell Hicks is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and is an expert in matters relating to the design and construction of improvements on private and public projects. Board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of a lawyer’s competence and experience in a particular area of practice.

Mr. Hicks focuses his practice on construction litigation, architectural and engineering (A&E) malpractice, professional liability, and insurance coverage. He also handles cases involving general and products liability, personal injury, Director & Officer (D&O) disputes, and commercial litigation.

He joined the firm in 2012 as a lateral associate and became a partner in 2014.
