Frank Labrador maintains an active trial practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, premises and products liability, along with auto and trucking liability. Mr. Labrador has extensive experience in all areas of products liability, with a focus on issues of design, manufacturing and labeling defects in consumer and industrial products.
In 2012, Mr. Labrador received the Enma Tarafa Legal Excellence Award given annually by Florida International University’s Hispanic Law Students Association (HLSA) to a South Florida Hispanic legal professional who has demonstrated strong dedication to legal education and law student success. Mr. Labrador was selected for his involvement in the HNBA-HLSA Mentorship Program, support of law students through significant non-profit donation and substantial contribution to FIU’s College of Law.
