Michael J. Crist, a partner at DLD Lawyers, will publish an article in an upcoming edition of DRI’s For the Defense, entitled “Bringing Data to the Fog of War, or At Least Litigation – Retrospective Exposure Analysis.” This article outlines the practical methods of analyzing the nature, extent, and effect of claimed exposures in toxic tort cases. In doing so, it discusses the art, science, and history of applied industrial hygiene.
